Receiving two emails when supervisor approves leave

Hello,

We recently switched to SuitePeople HR. We are now getting two emails showing approval for the same day off.

I'm assuming that isn't normal. Workflow(s) issue???

I believe the email below is the one we would like to keep.

I looked at my profile and under communication tab it only shows one email sent.

I don't know enough about workflows to start messing with them.

Suggestions?
