Sudden: One User Cannot Enter Orders due to Tax Code Error

Hi, wondering if you can assist with this or it is something I need to open a Support Ticket on:

We have one of our CS reps working as per normal, then all of a sudden today - she cannot enter an order. She gets an error "Please enter a value for Tax Code".

Note that we have One World Account, All items are default to 'Non-Taxable' and all USD customers default to 'Not Taxable'. Customer is in US, pays in USD, Ship to is in USD. (USD is our base currency).

When we enter an order, the Tax Code defaults to Not Taxable on all lines.
