Out of Stock Behavior Values and Criteria for Workflow
I thought I would post this in hopes it will help someone else. If you are building a workflow with a condition on an item's Out of Stock Behavior (OOSB), the Visual Builder uses the wrong criteria. You can see this if you build it through Visual Builder, but then switch it to custom formula. NetSuite is trying to use the ID value of the OOSB field, but it is comparing it to the descriptive value. For instance, if you have a condition for 'Allow back orders but display out-of-stock message', NS creates the formula as
