Email Capture Plugin does not work

There is an incoming email address that looks like this emails.123412.1231231@xxxx.netsuite.com for the plug in but no matter what or how I try send to that address, it never shows in cases.

Is there a log or something so I can see what is going on. Are the mails being blocked by a spam filter or something ?
