Pick Task -> Failed to Generate IF -> java.sql: ORA-01109 Error

Hello,

Pick tasks failed to generate IF record with a message that we never seen before

"java.sql.SQLException: ORA-01109: database not open"

IF record was generated once we clicked "Retry Update" option on Pick Task page but we would like to understand what this error message means and what we can actually do to prevent it.
