AE:Reopen Accounting Period Permission

I have a role that does not have override period restriction permission. It does have Manage Accounting Periods = Full and Period Close Management = Full and they are able to reopen the periods.


What I need is for the role to be able to close but not reopen the periods. How would I accomplish this?
