Workflow failing to trigger
I have a workflow failing to trigger and I cannot see why this would be the case.

As per the last screencap, this is set to execute in all contexts and event types.
With that being the case, the workflow only seems to work when creating a case record through the UI.
It fails to trigger for email case captures. Why would that be the case?
