AE:An unexpected error at creating Sales Order

When some specific users tried to create Sales Order, they got the following error.

An unexpected error has occurred. Please click here to notify support and provide your contact information.

However, I(Admin) successfully created it, meanwhile, some are still struggling with the error.

What would be the problem in this case? Where should I investigate?
