Bank Feed not working with update to 2021.2
Hello all,
We received the 2021.2 update on November 12, and have since been unable to connect Bank Feed to our bank account.
Walking down through :
Setup - Accounting - Financial Institutions - List, only one entry is available: Bank Feeds
Edit - Format Profile: Configuration
Edit 'Connect to U.S. and Canada Accounts'
Connectivity Configuration - we see our Bank, Connection ID (####) , Accounts (0), and a Red Triangle under Rebuild Connection. Does the Accounts (0) give the hint that it doesn't see proper account connection?
Click Chain Link next to Red Triangle
Bank Connect window appears w/ correct bank and login request. Enter credentials to log into bank.
