Add Journal Entry from Match Bank Data is Backwards?

To reconcile charges in my bank, I use the Add Journal Entry link but for some reason, it has started posting them backwards.

I have a Deposit I need to reconcile. I click Add Journal Entry and it defaults to the Bank Account with a Credit amount instead of the required Debit amount.

Do you know why this might happen?
