Customer Center Workflow
In the Customer Center on the Sales order record we have a custom mandatory field (List/Record) called SALES ORDER STATUS that has two values :
- On Hold
- Firm Order
On the regular Sales order record there is a checkbox field called "Hold".
I am working on a Workflow that when a SALES ORDER STATUS= On Hold ( from the Customer Center's Sales order ) then the Sales order that is created will have the field "Hold" checked.
In the Workflow I checked:
- ON CREATE
- ON VIEW OR UPDATE
- TRIGGER TYPE = Before Record Load
In the Action (Set Field Value) :
- TRIGGER ON=Before Record Load
