Is it possible to automatically remove the attached files from the customers in Cases?
Since our capacity is limited, we would like to automatically remove the attachments that are included when customers reply to cases.
For example, the reply below has images from my email signature attached. Is there a way to automatically remove this or not include them in the first place?
