PDF Template Issue

Hello!

I was hoping I could get some help with a PDF template issue.

We have this template for purchase orders. There is an area for the memo field in the PO that gets displayed when it is printed:

The area in light blue is where the description goes. Our current issue is that for some reason, the text is now hiding behind the rest of the table in the PDF template. For reference, the top picture has the same memo text as the bottom picture, except the text fits in the top one, while it hides behind the table in the bottom one.
