Custom Purchase Order

I created a custom Purchase Order form and removed all the fields.

There were a few fields that I used a workflow to hide , which worked:

Set Field Display TypeVendor = HIDDEN

Set Field Display TypeTotal = HIDDEN


Is there a way to hide the VENDOR NAME ,TOTAL and the HISTORY  from the Line item ?
