MRP and WO Production End Date

I have a work order that was manually created. I am using Forward scheduling. The "Production End Date" that NS is calculating is not what I want to use as the end date due to staggering scheduling.

I updated the Actual Production End date to be align with current MFG Schedule.

When MRP was run, NS is appears to be looking at the "Production End Date" that is locked down and calculated based on the routing.

the action is to delete the WO and issue a new won in ordinance with the Production End Date.


Does MRP ONLY look at the Production End Date that is calculated based on forward or backward scheduling?
