AE: Error on approval Sales Order

Hi Guru's,

I've received an error which I can't explain or have seen before.

We have a Sales Order with approvel. On the sales order are Special Work Order items, so after the sales order is approved the Work Order will be created.

Until yesterday it always worked but now all of a sudden I get a message with a number of orders when I approve the Sales Orders:

Anyone an idea where this notice is coming from?

I can't find anything about it on suite answers.

I'm using the Adminstrator role to Approve Sales Orders, just to be sure it's not a permission thing.
