Can you utilize a USB Card Reader to populate CC entry in NetSuite?

We have a customer that is trying to use a USB card reader to swipe and populate the credit card details into NetSuite on a Sale Transaction in order to authorize through Cybersource. Are you able to utilize a USB card reader to successfully populate the Credit Card Account Number or do you need to utilize a Third Party tool?
