AE: Attach a Quote to an email from an Opportunity
Hi again,
I have a workflow throwing emails out from the opportunity record. On one of these emails I want to attach the most recent quote/estimate.
To pull in the name, date and value of the latest quote on to the email I have pulled those details through to custom fields on the opportunity record and this works fine. I cant figure out a way though that I will be able to to attach the PDF version of the quote.
Is this possible.
I imagine if I move all this customisation over to the quote I can probably do it if the emails fire directly from the quote but that s a big piece of work since the emails are part of a bigger customisation.
