Company name - Label(Company name) - Field ID in NetSuite(companyName)

First name - Label(name) - Field ID in NetSuite(firstname)

Middle name - Label(name) - Field ID in NetSuite(middleName)

Last name - Label(name) - Field ID in NetSuite(lastName)

Internal id - Field ID in NetSuite(internalId)
