Sync issue.

Hope you are doing well.

We are trying to sync Customers from NetSuite and got the next issue: "["Found 0 'customerRefund'. It may be permission violation or no transactions of this type in ERP."]"


Can you please help me?

What permission it can be?

Or maybe some other reason for such an issue?
