Suite Analytics Connect not seeing base tables
Hi All,
I've setup a JDBC connection to our NetSuite environment but I don't see base tables like CUSTOMER. I'm using A role Custom Developer with the suiteAnalytics connect and ReadAll permissions. Now with NetSuite2.com you cannot use Administrator role.
What role and permissions should I have to see all tables?
My Administrator user has full access in the UI. I found the articles about what roles cannot be used.
I need to extract high level data counts on support cases and customers for external reporting.
We only have basic support so that doe not help and our current partner well we don't have any relationship due to historical factors.
