Thank you to everyone for your passion, collaboration, and support. Here’s to building an even stronger community together in the year ahead!
Season’s greetings to you and yours! As we head into the holidays (December 24 – January 4), we want to take a moment to celebrate the incredible strength and collaboration within our community. Even during the break, you can continue to benefit from connecting with peers, searching related threads, posting your questions, and marking helpful replies as “Accepted” in the Support Community.
Please note our dedicated team will be on reduced coverage during this time, and regular responsiveness will resume on January 5. Wishing you a joyful and restful holiday season!

SuiteCommerce Advanced - CSR File Generated with wrong Company name
Under Domains, when we generate a CSR file (certificate signing request), that file has the wrong Company Name - Oracle Corporation - rather than our own company name. When we try to upload the certificate, there is an error as the Company name doesn't match from the certificate to the CSR. NetSuite support say they can't fix this issue. Previously (9 months ago) they were able to.
Has anyone had this issue of the CSR being generated with Organization name 'Oracle' rather than the correct name of the company?
We've had SuiteCommerce for a long time and are on an older version. It seems deep in the bowels of our SCA instance, there is coded Oracle rather than our company name. We have no control over the CSR generation (it makes us do it in the Domain page).
