AE: We cannot void a bill payment

Hello Gurus,

We have a bill payment with 3 bills applied.

We want to void the bill payment but we get the error below.

You cannot void this transaction because it is linked to by one or more transactions such as payments.You must delete or void those transactions first netsuite bill payment.

There are no other transactions linked to this bill payments or bills .

Kindly assist.
