AE: Created from not worked when import CSV file
Hi,
We'd like to import CSV file of a bunch of Return Authorization, there's a column of CREATED FROM in the file and the import is sucessful. Problem is: the RA created has no CREATED FROM, why and how? 'Cause if there's no such item, this RA won't be reated to the original sales order.
Same problem when we import replace orders.
What CREATED FROM mean:
If we created the RA by clicking the autorize return button in a sales order, we'll see the CREATED FROM in the RA like this, we'd like to have this item in the ones created by CSV files imported:
