AE: Warn and Block Duplicate Transaction Numbers

Does anyone else have any issues with this setting?


My customer is still managing to save duplicate sales order numbers. The system is warning them but they can then bypass that and save it anyway. Surely that means this is not Warn and BLOCK. I would have thought the BLOCK part of this setting would simply not allow it. Does anyone else have this issue? Should this setting be BLOCKING duplicates from being saved and its just not working properly for us?
