Payment > Invalid paymentoption reference key # for customer ###

Hi team.

When we are trying to push the payment to NetSuite (payment option ACH) we are getting the next issue:

"Invalid paymentoption reference key # for customer ###."

Can you please tell me, what should be done in the NetSuite setting, to make this possible without an error?
