Copy of Saved Search to production fails

I am having trouble of copying a Saved search from one of the Sand Boxes to Production. It says checking for dependency and comes back with failed and cannot give reason. This has happened many times, Though I have managed to do it once.

I am Admin on both systems. I even logged into both systems in different browser instances. Cannot figure it out.

Any suggestions.
