How to change custom form on existing transaction

Greetings,

I would like to know if there any way to change the custom form on existing transactions other than the UI (Manually) support said there is an enhancement request #126956. Support said the selected on the CSV Data mapping page, only allows NetSuite to determine the fields that will be available for mapping on the next page and not intended to update the transaction form.
