Convert two companies using NetSuite to a single company

Does anyone have experience or guidance on converting (merging) two companies on different NetSuite accounts to a single company on same NetSuite account?

Would this be easier to merge into single NetSuite Company or two companies within a NetSuite OneWorld account as Parent and Subsidiary
