Saved Search - Items with PO Dates older that one year, Multiple vendors

Good day all,

I need help with a solution on a SS I'm being asked to create. We want a list of all Items, by Vendor, that we have never ordered OR ordered over one year ago for said Vendor. I have items that have several vendors each. During the course of the year we may order from one vendor and not another.

I know I need this to be an Item SS, since a Transaction SS wouldn't show items we haven't ordered (which is possible). I also know that I need to bring the joined "Transaction Table: Ship Date" to get the data required. I then Summarized the Ship Date by Maximum to get the last Ship Date for that Item for that Vendor.
