Sales Tax Invoice import program does not update Sales Order Qty

Dear All,

Sales Tax Invoice import program does not update Sales ORder Qty 


While importing Sales Tax Invoice - Sales Order # is not considered and SO Qty is not updated - how do we take it ahead - while creating manual Sales Tax Invoice the SO is taken care for updating QTy


Please guide.
