Is it possible to create a saved search that shows Sales Orders with Custom Ship To Addresses?

I created a saved search but I cannot seem to get the right results. I want to see sales orders with "- Custom -" selected under "Ship To Select". My current set up shows orders with a non-custom address selected.

When I open the first order to confirm, it does not have "- Custom -" selected under "Ship To Select".
