German Subsidiary Rate includes Tax

For our German subsidiary, the rates published on their website have tax included. We are running into an issue when they rekey the web orders into NetSuite, the tax is not rounding correctly.

Example

This calculates correctly

But when I change the qty from 1 to 5 on the last item, it does not calculate properly to 30.00.

I have tried the item rate with 2 and 3 decimal places and every rounding option.

How has everyone else addressed this issue in countries that publish Price including Tax?
