Update of Average Cost on Work Order Completions/Build/Close

Hi All,

I am currently setting up NetSuite for a client who is using WIP.

We have loaded assembly items, however NetSuite does not allow you to upload the average cost therefore we have left this at Zero.

When we are doing Routing Completions and subsequent marking the Work Order Built and Closed we expect to see the average cost being updated, however it is staying at Zero.

What could be the issue?
