NetSuite SuiteApps Licenses Unknown

Hello,

We see that licenses under the License Client Dashboard are refreshed daily. However, today all of our licenses are labeled "Unknown". The resolution for this was to manually request a license. We are curious to why they would be "Unknown" after a refresh. This caused the SuiteApps to not work, and had to be alerted by our Accounting team when they were trying to process month-end, so we are just trying to get a better understanding!
