Charges between 2 subsidiaries

Hello


There is an Administration fees charges between the 2 subsidiaries, the Subsidiary B should be charges a monthly fixed amount by subsidiary A

How I can assign Memorized Transactions to be repeated monthly and settle mutual open intercompany balances with intercompany netting

I don't know if it is like Cross Charges, or not
