Solve the difference between balance in base currency and foreign currency

Hello

I faced this issue with banks, suppliers, customers,

The base currency for Customer (AR) in this subsidiary is in Turkish lira and the customer transaction is in USD,

So the balance for AR in USD =0 but still there is a balance in the Turkish lira which is not correct


what I should do?
