Create Return authorization from case
Can I Create return Authorization or sales order from the support case? I did install Return Authorization from case bundle but in this client's case, the Customer is a third party, so they would need to create RMA or Sales order depending on the support case to that customer for whom the case is entered but that customer is not their direct customer.
