Combining Entity Line and Entity Header on Report

I need an expense report with the Vendor name being one column but since it is a Bill at the header and a journal at the line I can only see to pull them in two seperate columns. Is there any easy way to combine them into one without a script? I've tried both via saved search and report customization and I'm finding it not possible.
