How to use Source Day as a REV REC START DATE SOURCE on the revenue recognition?

Only with the information on the help page, I couldn't get how I can configure Source Day on rev elements transactions.

Please provide us with a few examples of the rev rec patterns with the above configuration.


In addition, is it possible to start a rev rec plan with the trigger of customer payment?
