Inventory received not billed search doesn't match balance sheet for the same period

Greetings,

I tried three different SAs for Inventory received not billed but none of them matches with amount on the balance sheet report, is there a SA or trick I am missing, Closet I got to the number I would like is with SA 62928. I also tried SA94508 and SA 68619.
