Period Field on New Transactions Defaults to Oldest Open Posting Period # 21320

When ever we run a balance sheet - the default posting period at the bottom is March 2032 which is a tad annoying


I truly did not understand the suiteanswer but it would seem it is an issue with the latest release.

Any suggestions?
