frequent user log out

Greetings,

need some help to figure out why would only one user would experience frequent log out while they are working on transaction. They don't have encrypted credit card or multiple environment, she does have multiple roles. I have requested deleting cache and trying different browser, is there anything else I should be looking for? ideal time out is 180 mins.
