Item Group Quantity not showing on invoice

Hello all you Suite People. I have an unusual issue occurring that I don't understand and could use some help. We use Item Groups for some of our parts for the purpose of containerizing the Inventory Item with a Tariff Price and/or separate Freight Price. The issue we just discovered is that, sometime the Quantity will not show up on the Invoice, at the header of the group. After some testing it appears that the issue is related to the Invoiced Quantity not matching the PO line Quantity. Meaning, anytime we short ship on an
