How to enter a Material Requisition

I need to define how we can utilize NetSuite to enter a Material Requisition. There doesn't seem to be a similar transaction in NetSuite.

This is a transaction that relieves inventory and the inventory is used internally. For example, we may sell copy paper to our customers, but also pull it directly from our inventory to use in our own copy machines.

How do I enter a Material Requisition in NetSuite?
