SDF SuiteApp installation

I have a new customer and the Bundle Deployment guide has instructions for SuiteApps - SuiteSuccess Financial workbooks, SuiteSuccess Agency Workbooks, SuiteSuccess Procurement Workbooks. When I try to install them, they are limited access, message is the app is not shared with my account. Not sure who to contact to get access. Thank you
