Trigger Workflow Action on Change of Total Amount (on Sales Order)

I have workflow that has been running successfully for a number of months that shows / hides fields when a Sales Order is edited and the total amount of the order changes.

The previously working trigger was set to 'After Field Edit' with a Triggering Client Field of 'Amount after discount' and this worked until recently (I'm not entirely sure when this stopped working - it may be 2022.1 but I can't confirm).

Now, I can't seem to get any Workflow action to trigger based on the value of the Sales Order changing - my current test is this:

But none of these fields seem to trigger a change when I edit an existing Sales Order and increase the quantity of an item (i.e. increase the total value of the order)
