Is there a way to show "Contacts" in the sublist "Relationships" when "individual" is selected?

I would love to show the Contacts option in the sublist, whether I've selected company or individual. I wonder if there's a way to do this? All instructions I've found show how to check mark the contacts in the relationship sublist, but it doesn't address how to show when individual is selected. Thank you!
