Advanced Bin managment to use it for Bin managment by location

Hello

I enabled the feature Advanced Bin to use it for Bin managment by location, becuase I want to use the bin per location, so once the item arrived to the warehouse then the employee will set the bin during the item recipe process, but this can not be done, what I missed ? or how it will work with me?

and also I check Use bin in location


But I can not see the bin to chose it when I do item recipet


also can not see any item in the inventory to assign it to a bin
