SuiteApprovals - Journal Entry Approvals

Hello guys! Hope you all are doing great!

We are configuring the SuiteApprovals SuiteApp for Journal Entries, but we are not able to enable the Approval Route for Journals (Setup>Accounting>Accounting Preferences>Approval Routing):

We have 16 Journal entries created in 2018 that still needs approval:

And we can't approve it due the closed period:


we are working in Sandbut, but we can't reopen the periods since 2018. the account used is inactive.

These journals isn't used at all and they are impacting the SuiteApproval's deployment.


1) How could we approve these journals?

2)How could we delete these journals?
